Our engaging virtual events are opportunities to learn, grow, and connect. Hosted by licensed clinicians, each session will give you expert insight and tools to help you navigate common challenges related to mental well-being.

How often are topics changed or added?

Is closed-captioning available during the sessions?

Am I allowed to register for more than one virtual event at a time?

Yes. There is no limit to the number of events you may register for.

Is my attendance confidential?

By registering for a Spring Health webinar and submitting your information, you’re agreeing to participate in the webinar and acknowledge that we may collect your personal data, such as name and email address, to facilitate the webinar and provide you access to the webinar. Also, you are opting in to receiving communications from Spring Health related to this event. Webinars may also be recorded and attendance monitored by Spring Health and your employer for enabling rewards activities and related purposes.

Can dependents attend?

Yes. Dependents are welcome to attend. For younger guests, we recommend reviewing the description of the topic to ensure it’s age-appropriate.

Are these virtual events only available to my company or health plan?

No. Spring Health virtual events are open to all Spring Health members around the world, so there will likely be attendees from other companies or health plans.
