Helping children and teens create healthy routines isn’t always easy, especially when life already feels full. But simple, consistent habits can be one of the best ways to support their mental wellness. In this small-group conversation, led by a Spring Health provider, caregivers will share age-appropriate ways to build routines that support emotional regulation, focus, sleep, and self-care. We’ll also talk about how to introduce changes without adding more stress. Whether your child is in elementary school or college, you’ll leave with ideas that feel doable and fit your family’s real life.
WellSprings are limited to a small number of attendees, events are interactive and encourage participation. To ensure the highest level of confidentiality, events are never recorded, and adhere strictly to our community guidelines to ensure its protection.
If a session fills to capacity, new time slots may be added. Spring Health may cancel a session if there are less than 4 attendees present within the first 5 minutes of the session in order to preserve the intent of group conversation.
