Looking for simple ways to create lasting change? Join our small-group conversation, led by a Spring health clinician to explore what really works when building new habits. Together, we’ll talk about small shifts that make a big impact, share practical strategies, and learn from each other’s experiences. Whether you’re working on self-care, productivity, or personal growth, this is a space to gain fresh ideas and support. Bring your insights and challenges—we’re in this together!

WellSprings are limited to a small number of attendees, events are interactive and encourage participation. To ensure the highest level of confidentiality, events are never recorded, and adhere strictly to our community guidelines to ensure its protection.

If a session fills to capacity, new time slots may be added. Spring Health may cancel a session if there are less than 4 attendees present within the first 5 minutes of the session in order to preserve the intent of group conversation.
