Join our small-group conversation, led by a Spring Health provider, to explore ways parents and caregivers can help children develop consistent sleep routines. WellSprings are limited to a small number of attendees, events are interactive and encourage participation. To ensure the highest level of confidentiality, events are never recorded, and adhere strictly to our community guidelines to ensure its protection.
If a session fills to capacity, new time slots may be added. Spring Health may cancel a session if there are less than 4 attendees present within the first 5 minutes of the session in order to preserve the intent of group conversation.
